If you swap the Medium Auxiliary Nano Pump I for a Ancillary Current Router I you can change the cap battery to one that doesnt cost 250m ISK and it will keep you within PG limits.

When I look at the information tab of the weapon systems it would seem the blasters have better tracking than the autocannons. 5.2 vs 4.32. Not exactly sure how this translates to statistics ingame, but there you have it.

Could have a few reasons: - Lower (support)skills for BS-class weapons - Navy Apoc doesnt have any damage bonuses, so it is only lower paper DPS. You really need to compare apples to apples to find out why one this has higher DPS than the other....
